Need help with your computer or device? Come ask any questions or just talk technology. Members needing 1-1 help can bring their computer or devices. Please bring any passwords associated to the programs with which you might be needing the help. We also ask that you bring your patience to this popular event. All our helpers are volunteers and we try to answer shorter questions first to get people on their way. We do not operate on a "first-come-first-serve" basis, but we try to give everyone enough time to get their problem addressed.
Some club members of the Solera Apple Valley Computer Club are willing to help with PC and Mac computers, tablets, and mobile phones. No one person can know everything about every technical issue, but within team of helpers someone may be able to be of help. The Tech Help Workshops are designed to meet this need.
The best place to get help with your computer, tablet, or mobile phone, is to bring the device to a Tech Help Workshop. One on One help is available for you and your device. Many knowledgeable members are there to assist you. See the Home Page or Calendar for dates and times.
Rich Norton currently offers suggestions and may provide help with Mac computers for members of Solera Apple Valley Computer Club. Rich Norton is a webmaster for this site and the current SAVCC President.
